Welcome

The 6th International SKYNET Workshop is held from November 9 to 11, 2021. With worldwide online participation, all attendees are expected to have opportunity to present and share scientific findings not only within SKYNET community but also across relevant science communities. We hope that you all enjoy!

We widely call for presentations from not only skyradiometer-relevant but also scientifically-relevant views such as observational and modelling researches of aerosol, cloud, radiation, and trace gas. Participantion of young researches and students is highly welcome.

Workshop style

Online tools "Slack" and "Zoom" are used together. With this style, the opportunity of both oral and poster presentations is given to all participants similarly to face-to-face style meeting.

About oral presentation

Each presenter has 15 minutes (12-min talk + 3-min Q&A).
For backup purpose, please send your presentation file (pdf or ppt) to the SKYNET Workshop secretary before Nov. 8. Please include your name in the file name.

About poster presentation

Any format (ppt, pdf, etc) is OK, but please consider participants' internet environment. Please post your poster file(s) into the thread of your pre-assigned location on Slack before Nov. 8.
Discussion is made 1) using chat on Slack throughout the workshop period and 2) using break-out room on Zoom for the poster core time period (on the 2nd day).

Please make registration (above) first. To make a presentation, please prepare an abstract in a prescribed form. The abstract should be in 1-2 pages, including figure(s) and tables(s).
